How Butter Fish Services Can Help?

We’ll conduct an initial fitness assessment and design an individualised wellbeing plan.

Depending on your situation, your program may involve personal training, injury management, exercise physiology and health coaching.

Our personal trainers can develop individual personal fitness programs that are tailored to your needs to help you lose weight, improve your current fitness, stay motivated and achieve your goals. They will guide you in how to exercise in a safe and effective manner. They can also support you with goal-directed individual sessions, help set general fitness and strength related goals and help with participating in other sports, recreation and leisure activities. Individual advice to a participant on managing a diet for health and wellbeing due to the impact of their disability.

Exercise Physiology can help to improve your strength and function, increase aerobic fitness and weight management, work on your mobility and flexibility and improve your quality of life. Some of the conditions which can benefit from Exercise Physiology include autism, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, brain injury, amputation, stroke, blindness and deafness.

If you require injury management under the Worker’s Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident schemes, we can design a specialised exercise rehabilitation program for you.

We can also provide health coaching which involves developing individualised wellness programs and strategies for improving your health, exercise, eating and emotional wellbeing.
