Speech Pathologists

We are seeking multiple passionate, driven and experienced Speech Pathologist on a Full Time or Part Time basis to join our growing collaborative team and become an integral part of our exciting growth journey. We have multiple vacancies within our clinic where you will join an established team of Speech Pathologists where collaboration is welcomed.

You will have knowledge and confidence with the following:

  • Experience or willingness supporting private clients and Participates of the NDIS who may require support with speech, language, communication, AAC, voice, literacy and swallowing assessment and therapy.
  • Ability to work independently and openly collaborate with other clinicians (Psychologists, Behaviour Therapists, OTs etc)
  • Confidence and demonstrated knowledge of Evidence Based Practices (EBP) and neurodiverse affirming practice
  • Developing strong professional relationships with clients and their support networks

Occupational Therapists

We are currently hiring an Occupational Therapist for full-time hybrid roles in QLD, Victoria & NSW, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Occupational Therapist at Butter Fish Services you will work with clients to identify and address barriers to their engagement through the use of meaningful activities and occupations. You will collaborate with a Multi Disciplinary team to develop client – centred treatment plans to improve physical , cognitive and psychological functioning to help clients achieve their goals.

Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners

We are seeking passionate and driven Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our growing collaborative team and become an integral part of our exciting growth journey.We are seeking experienced Core, Proficient and Advanced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to join a growing organisation and influence positive change within our industry.

Ideally, you will have knowledge and confidence with the following:

  • Conducting functional behavioural assessments and developing quality comprehensive behaviour support plans
  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients through confident and clear communication
  • Understanding of evidence-based principles and relevant standards
